White Out
I purchased this book in advance of printing. However, I could never up load it. I purchased the paper book. It was great. Met my expectations and then some. I would like to know does this series end. Great reading.
Frustrated!!!
So I had pre-ordered this book and it wouldn’t download... just said purchased as others have experienced. Called Apple support and they said “we are still working on preorders, unable to say how long it will take”. Um, unacceptable.
I went into my phone and canceled the preorder through my Apple ID. I then went back into iBooks and the cloud symbol was now there. I downloaded the book and as I hadn’t been charged previously paid the $4.99. I can now read the book. Hope this helps others that are stuck without their preorder!!
