Why risk? The major reason risk is used in arguments for complementary medicine regulation is that it is actually the only criteria by which health professions are even considered for regulation. This is based on the criteria of the Australian Health Minister's Advisory Council which is comprised of representatives of the health ministries of State, Territory and Federal Australian governments.
