Bridger Payne is an enigma that no one can figure out. Wise beyond his years, eerily intuitive and sexy as hell, every woman in The Silo wants him.
None can have him.
Not the real man, anyway.
He might wield the lash for you if you ask prettily, but he’ll get no gratification from it. He’ll definitely make you scream, but he won’t think twice about you when he walks away.
Bridger carries the darkest of secrets. He’s filled with too much pain.
He’s utterly untouchable.
Until she came along.

This is the only book in this series I’ve read. It is number 5 in the series but it was a free book so I read it to see if I’d like them before I purchased any of the rest. I really liked it and didn’t feel I missed anything by not reading the ones the precluded it until I read some of the reviews saying how the others in series build up his character. I may have even given it a five star if I’d read them and had even more background on Bridger. Still pretty awesome book.
Too many f bombs
When an author has to revert to an f bomb in the first sentence, I know it’s going to be poor writing.
Dumped this trash after the first paragraph.
Loved Bridger and Maggie!
I read #1 Wicked Fall first and HAD to read this one, Wicked Bond, next. I became so intrigued by Bridger as I read about Woolf in the first book that I skipped to Wicked Bond next! He was such a complicated, tortured, damaged character that I wanted him to find his healing. Great read, good plot, and a satisfying read. Well done. Now I’m going to read about Kyle Sommerville in Finding Kyle.
