"You and I aren't a lie"
This one was a bit better than Wicked Grind in the way of endings. Even though the ending was extremely rushed it was far better. I really enjoyed the dealings with Lyle and Laine. This was a really great read.
The newest amazing standalone in the Stark World series!
My word, ladies, (and gentlemen too!) if you want to find your next book boyfriend, look no further than Mr. Lyle Tarpin, the swoonworthy and delectable fastest rising star in Hollywood. He's an all around good guy, but has some skeletons in his past he tries to hide. One that he uses some not so savory girls for. Along comes Sugar Laine, or simply Laine, who needs money, like now, to save her families house, now if only she can set her previous ethics aside. These two are combustible together when they meet, and when a photographer catches them together, they are forced to pretend to be together.
I loved these two, they were honest characters with problems that made my heart ache. I love that these two found each other in dark times, they both seemingly grew up overnight. Wicked Dirty has passion, heart, and a great story. Not one that you want to miss!
A sexy must read!!!
This was an AMAZING read!!! Lyle and Sugar were perfect for each other, and while Lyle was the protective sexy alpha hero, it was awesome to see a heroine be the rock in the relationship, to be the strong one while Lyle faced his demons. I loved the softer side that Sugar brought out in Lyle. Watching him come out of the shell he seemed to be, and accept his true potential may be one of my favorite parts of this book... well, besides the steamy, hot scenes between these two.
I was surprised to see a few of my favorite names from another series I completely love, and love how J. Kenner worked them in to the story. A phenomenal must read that I can't wait to get Wicked Torture, and to see who's story it is!!
