Wigchert v. Lockhart

This is an action in which John Wigchert sought his release from custody under a writ of habeas corpus. Upon hearing, the trial court denied his application for discharge on the writ and entered its judgment of dismissal. To review the judgment denying petitioners release and remanding him to custody, he sued out this writ of error.
