I am going to re-read this one...
I read this many years ago when it was first published by Naiad Press, originally. I started reading les/fix when I was first coming out and picked up a book by Karin Kallmaker while I was waiting with hope for another book from Katherine Forrest.(Any young of you ever read Curious Wine?) This book sold me on Ms. K’s books and since she was more prolific back then (Very early 90’s), she was the author I looked for in my women’s bookstores. As I recall, this book was a very well done story. Angsty as any story of one discovering who they are, especially back then. It could be a bit more tame than what we’re used to now...or maybe not. I’ll have to read it again to see. I do recall some pretty hot love scenes, though, so...~D

A good novel with plenty of little delights for former English and History majors. About to purchase another of Karin K's novels.
