Very enjoyable
This is the second book I’ve read by Serena Bell. It’s low angst and amusing but there are also real issues and emotions. I love Serena’s writing style. (I’m very picky. I’ve been known to bail on books a page or two in if the writing is cheesy or flowery or the dialogue is stilted.) She writes dialogue so well, it flows naturally. It’s not the kind of writing where someone asks a question and and four pages of interior monologue go by before the second character answers and I can’t even remember what the question was! This truly is a standalone—-characters from the first two books interact with the h and H but you don’t have to know their stories to follow along in this one. I have already pre-ordered the next book in the series, and I only do that with my favorite authors. Serena Bell’s definitely on that list now.
A terrific story!
I just love a novel with an “ensemble cast”, and I certainly would love to meet and hang out with the Wilders and their crowd, if they were real. So many interesting characters. Clark and Jenna definitely had a rough go; their journey was very convincing. Serena’s writing had me fully invested and pulling for them all the way. This is the first book in this series I’ve had the joy to read; I’m looking forward to catching up on the rest of the bunch.

OMG! This series just continues to knock my socks off. Loved Jessa- she was such a cool woman and of course Clark- who wouldn't fall in love with a big bear of a man with a squishy soft heart?!
Wilder With You is the 3rd book in the Wilder Adventures series but can be read as a stand alone. Do yourself a favor though- read the other 2 books because they are just as amazing as Wilder With You.
