Willda the witch is excited; she’s been waiting for Halloween all year! She’s ready to surprise the village children with festive treats and Halloween cheer. She’s designed three special costumes for children who need it the most, but poor Willda the witch is forgetful and may have forgotten a gift—oh, no!

Will Willda the witch use her magic to save her friend’s Halloween night? Or will she rely on her trusty pet rabbit, Pepper, to make everything oh so right?
