“William’s Wonderful World” is about an inquisitive and adventurous caterpillar named William. He hatched on a Sunday.

William embarks on an exciting journey! Every day, he sees different creatures of all shapes and sizes. On Monday, William meets a sunflower. William runs into a mouse on Tuesday, an army of ants on Wednesday, a fearless spider on Thursday and on Friday, he comes face to face with a Jeepney! On Saturday, William feels sick and his body feels strange. Uh-oh. What will happen on the following Sunday? Will he survive his journey? Will our brave caterpillar ever turn into a butterfly? Mother Nature’s most familiar and delightful tale of a caterpillar’s metamorphosis into a butterfly was creatively done using the dry brush painting method. The author/illustrator hopes that the children will enjoy this book as much as Matheen had enjoyed creating it!
