Completely changed my perspective
How you write a review that doesn’t sound cliche? Haha
“It literally changed my life!”
But really. It did. I’ve been fighting so hard against my weaknesses and bad habits, thinking I could change them out of sheer will, but I’ve always failed. This book helped me see that instead of putting all my energy into changing my habits, I should put that energy into changing my ENVIRONMENT, and then changing my habits will happen almost naturally. It’s made a huge difference in how I view almost everything. Whenever I’m feeling frustrated or anxious, I now think, “How can my current environment be improved to SUPPORT me rather than frustrate me?”
It’s life changing.

I haven’t read the whole book yet but the first chapter already had an impact on my life!!! I suggest if you have an addiction like me to read this book so far it’s already changing me.
