Will Power

I've read plenty self-help books and this is the first one I plan to reread.

Very good simple game ,

Wow!!!

This book has cleared up much of the ideas in my head. Before reading this book, I questioned some of my past actions, and it always started with, “Why have I been able to do this 2 weeks ago, but not last week?” Until I read this book, I was lost. This book has given me, and reinforced, tools and strategies to living a more productive/purposeful life. Thank you for your hard work and research that has led me, and many others, on a path for becoming better human beings!

A wealth of information

This is not a self help book in the traditional sense. It is not a quick fix book either. It is an exploration if willpower and it's effects on nearly every part of our life. You, however, must summarize this for yourself and pick which knowledge is most applicable to your life.
