Wine o' the Winds

A fictional tale of a young girl and her family travelling across the American West in a covered wagon, Wine O’ the Winds surrounds a mystery of a winemaker, an alcoholic who is soon to be married, and eerie whispers everyone hears during the night. Narrated by a woman who is remembering her drunken father, the ghostly whispers and her wedding day, the novel touches on issues of addiction, abuse and feminism while maintaining a strong motif of the benefits of wine in moderation and the threat of the beverage in abundance.
