Customer Reviews
Yeah…lost me at Terrior
There’s a lot to like about this book that’s easy read, and covers a lot of the major points, but the author lost me making excuses for the meaningless use of Terroir. What’s disappointing is the author even admits to the same but the bends over in contortion backends to give the use some sense of legitimacy. The whole idea is out of control. You can get coffee, chocolate, and other products emblazoned with “Terrior”. All the use does is further alienate and intimidate the average customer and it’s these kinds of shenanigans that have to stop. Yes, Terroir is S_oil, C_limate, A_spect, M_ystique. IMHO! Oh BTW loved Flawless!
