Unpalatable
I am a wine collector, not a wine sob, just a guy who likes to be able to find what he likes. I like to be able to describe why I like my wines, so That I can find others that will suit my taste. I read a lot to organize my thoughts. This book will not help you get your thoughts in order. The simplifications made for the beginner leave many key points out and confuse others. Don’t start organizing your thoughts on wine here
