Great book to help healing your mind from wrong mindsets
Reading this book was like a massage to my mind

I have seen/read a lot of books on behavioral psychology or books on ACT or different types of therapy. I have read a lot of books about Christianity. Never have a I seen someone so brilliantly tie those two subjects together. This book did me so much good. I think a lot like Craig, and to hear the same thoughts and fears I have at times, echoed throughout this book, was comforting. More importantly Craig teaches us how to reframe our thinking and change our habitual bad thoughts into being in line with God’s word. Ever had bad thoughts in your head that you just can’t seem to direct in a better direction? Then this book is for you.
