Winter Heat

Winter Heat is an intense and steamy lesbian thriller about two fiercely opinionated film critics - Florence Mailer and Dorothy Rosenrot who are forced to write a movie column together by their editor. The two middle aged alcoholic spinsters fight a pitched battle for supremacy even as they struggle with their intense physical attraction for each other. Things reach a head when a religious fundamentalist group threatens their budding lesbian relationship. The two women are forced to flee to a small town to hideout. The intense sexual bonding between the women in the backdrop of the unpredictable North Dakotan winter and the threat from the fundamentalist group is a tale to savor for all fans of erotic lesbian fiction and lovers of 1960s and 1970s American and European cinema. Winter Heat is written in a first person narrative where both women take turns to tell their side of the story.
