A little slow but still intense
A little slow, don’t need too many details but still kept my interest. Didn’t care for the female doctor character. Onto to the next in the series.
"Winter Prey" by John Sanford
Yet another superior novel by John, they just keel getting better and better. If you have never read his novels, start at the beginning, the story of Lucas Davenport continues and grows more and more with each book, but make sure they are the Davenport novels if you want to follow the story of Lucas Davenport. Also, his novels are all based on where I grew up, Minneapolis, MN. The "Kid" novels as well as the "Virgil Flowers" novels are equally good, but read he "Davenport" novels first ! You will not be disappointed, for sure.
Action packed.
