Wiremu Du Rose

Wiremu flees the restrictions of the Du Roses and strikes out on his own. He's formulated a plan to get what he wants and believes nothing can stand in his way.

But the small New Zealand town he arrives at has secrets buried in the soil. One man is intent on digging them up and blackmailing the good people around him. Wiremu's plan comes under threat. He's broke, injured, and friendless. He's been there less than a week, but already someone wants him dead.
