A single wish shatters her world. Fixing it could break her heart.


One phone call. That’s all it takes to throw Autumn Garnett’s future out of whack. She and Michael McAllister have an agreement: When he finishes his law degree, they’ll settle in her beloved Flagstaff. His decision to take a job in Jerome, of all places, is definitely not part of the plan.


Autumn knows better than to throw wishes around lightly. They tend to come true…permanently. But in a fit of anger, she flings the worst possible wish out into the universe.

And the universe shifts.


More like shatters into pieces, re-forming into a timeline she barely recognizes. One where Michael is in love with someone else. And she can’t simply wish her way back into his heart. It’s going to take the one thing that, as the wheel of the year turns, is slipping through her fingers.
