Wishing Wisely

As he turns to leave the dark alley that currently serves as his residence he discovers a small silver lamp from which a magical genie emerges who is able to grant him almost anything that he may desire. Is this the answer to his prayers or the facilitator of his eternal damnation? One must always remember that all magic has a price.
