Wishlist promises to be a deep and dark story about battling cancer, a bone marrow transplant patient that covers depression in men, suicide and intervention by social services. The principle character suffers two bone marrow transplants, three heart attacks, and complete body cancer. Her life hovers between life and that of the angles. In another ward, her close friend, Tom, passes away with seemingly just lung cancer. His heartbroken widow is torn apart with grief. Yet his ghostly shadow haunts her every waking moment. He desperately temps her to cross over, and live in heaven with him. Holly marries her handsomely rugged, Turkish man. Holiday romances, deep stories of long term illness, home help and love lost.
