Hearts are always broken in the end, but you have to let the good things in.

Denial. Anger. Bargaining. Depression. Acceptance. They say these are the stages of grief. But, when Casey and Owen are called down to the morgue to identify a body, they find out firsthand just how complicated moving on after an unexpected loss can be.

Casey can't comprehend how this has happened. Owen can't handle his pain. How can they learn to let her go? To put her ghost behind them? How can they continue to live in a world without her in it?

Faced with a reality neither of them expected to endure, they must learn to move on as love turns to heartrending devastation and grief.
