The .99 sale of this book is worth it, but Ember has the world's dumbest wolf. My dogs have twice the intelligence. Therefore the book starts getting under your skin (so to speak), because so many stupid things happen.
Why can anyone speak 3 sentences & form a mate bond with *anyone*?!. This is one of many ear scratching plot points.
Whirlwind Romance and Rollercoaster Ride of Adventure
Ember is on her own and growing into her wolf and her complicated wolf bond with a human. Throw in a strange drug that causes werewolves to lose their empathy and a psychotic Tribunal werewolf. Ember is also a wonderful baker who bribes her way along with sweet treats. This is a great action packed read I couldn’t put the series down and was so sad to finish it.
