Women-in-Prison Short Stories: The Puppet Show

This is a true story about a double murder that occurred in Alabama, as told to me by fellow inmates at a women's prison in Alabama and as presented in Alabama newspapers. It is a story of the relationships between inmates and the woman convicted (along with her husband) of the murder.

This story is just one of the collection of short stories in the series "Women-in-Prison Short Stories".

A second short story is included to deal with the issue of forgiveness, from the perspective of the inmates themselves. "How can (or will) the victim's family members ever forgive me of my crime?"
