Work Readiness Toolkit

The Work Readiness Toolkit is a resource for teachers to assist students

with disability to make a positive transition from Catholic schools in Western Australia into employment. The career development activities and information will

support students in their journey of self-discovery and build their

awareness of possible career paths to explore in order to achieve their

goals.

The Work Readiness Toolkit highlights some of the supports available for

students with disability, in both school and the community. The Disability

landscape is currently undergoing considerable change due to the

introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
