Great free illustrated guide

Making a long ferment (12 to 24 hours) bread really is a better bread than making it in just a few hours. This is a handy step by step guide for non-bakers that will get you from ingredients to final product.

Glorified Pamphlet

It’s a glorified pamphlet. A quick Google search on a basic recipe would have yielded something way better. Very disappointed. Not worth the money or the time reading it.
