A book of first love, only love you will never forget
This is a heart wrenching book of first love, only love. A love story that I will never forget. The story of Cord and Sarah, of Cord never stopped looking for the girl who disappeared and the woman he found. But their story doesn’t end there. With tears and laughter I devoured each page crossing my fingers that everything will be okay. And even though we may find ourselves with outcomes in life different than what we want and expect, there can always be joy and love afterwards. This is Cord and Sarah’s story, just be sure to have a box of tissues handy.

This book should only be read after the other books in the series.
This book is so amazing. It will completely break your heart and put it back together. If it doesn’t, you are probably not human. Leaona does horrible things to us with this story (😉) and it is all in the name of great storytelling. She is very willing to go places most writers will not and does outstanding work. This is why she has become one of my favorites. We have the characters we love from the other books as supporting characters—literally. The first part of the story is a great young friends to lovers story, great other friendships, and a family dynamic we all wish we had. All is lost and then found again. Then 2/3 of the way through the book, it’s almost like a new story starts for everyone. Seriously, make sure you have a box of Kleenex. You will need it. There is a great growth and learning to communicate things at the end.

If you read one book in 2018 it needs go be this book. I give it a million stars. Leaona is a new author to me and she has gained a fan for life.
I'm not going in to detail about Chord and Sarah’s story every reader deserves to discover it for themselves and what an amazing story it is.
This is a story about soulmates and second chances. It's about letting people take care of you and love you when you don't think you are worth loving. These two people reach absolute rock bottom and manage to find their way back to each other. Love is hard but when you find it don't ever let it go without a fight.
