X Corporation v. "Y" Person

The appellant, "X" Corporation, challenges the trial courts order dismissing the first count of its complaint for declaratory relief. We agree with "X" Corporation that it stated a cause of action for declaratory relief, and therefore, we reverse that part of the trial courts order which dismissed count I with prejudice.
