Butch & Louie's Book of Poetry

One day while spending some time on the web instead of riding around town looking dangerous, we ran across a review of Butch and Louie's Book of Poetry--one of our books! None of the previous reviews had done as good a job of describing why we write poetry for people who don't like poetry. It was written by a retired creative writing professor who is a multi-book author herself, Diana Lopez.

Diana's review explains why we added a poetry journal in the print editions of our poetry book to encourage parents to spend time with their kids writing a few poems of their own. Topics can be objects, like talking about a hat, or it can be about travel, even situations. However, it is not known what theme will follow.
