Xco Production Co. v. Jamison

Appellees, Bruce L. Jamison and B.L. Jamison Family Limited Partnership (collectively "Jamison"), sued appellant XCO Production Company ("XCO") for breach of a contract governing Jamisons purchase of an interest in certain oil and gas properties. The parties disagree over the interpretation of the contract. After a jury returned its verdict interpreting the contract in Jamisons favor, the trial court entered judgment for Jamison.
