Publisher Description
CROCKETT, Justice. Four claims for wrongful death and one for personal injury arise out of a collision between a Studebaker sedan and a Garrett Freight Lines truck. Just before dawn, October 19, 1951, the Studebaker was traveling northward on U. S. Highway 91; as it rounded a long curve a short distance south of Kanosh, Utah, it collided practically head-on with the defendants truck which was going south. Four of the five occupants of the Studebaker were killed instantly and the other, Mrs. Connie Lietz, was severely injured.
