judgment is modified, on the law and as a matter of discretion, without costs or disbursements, by reducing the sum awarded
from $2,000 to $750 and adding a provision that payment by the claimant's attorneys of the sum of $750 is imposed pursuant
to CPLR 5015 (a) as a condition for vacatur of a prior order dated March 6, 1989, which dismissed the claim upon the default
of the claimant's attorneys in appearing at a conference; and it is further, Ordered that the order is modified accordingly;
and it is further, Ordered that the claimant's attorneys' time to pay the $750 is extended until 30 days after service upon
them of a copy of this decision and order with notice of entry.
