Yates v. West

Stephen B. Jones appeals from the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims ("CAVC") affirming the decision of the Board of Veterans Appeals ("Board") that denied his claim for secondary service connection for residuals of a leg fracture because the claim was not well grounded. See Jones v. West, No. 96-1253 (CAVC May 11, 1999). We affirm.
