Raul Ybarra appeals his conviction for sexual assault.*fn1 Ybarra pled guilty pursuant to a plea bargain and was sentenced by the court to ten years in prison in accordance with his agreement. Appellant filed a motion for new trial, which was denied. Appellant requested and received permission from the trial court to appeal his conviction and filed a notice of appeal complying with the requirements of Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.2(b)(3)(C).
