Best book ever
This is the BEST boom i ever read in my life! I hope it you read it and love it like i did
MUST read for a young woman
This is the book I didn't even know I needed. Recently, I had taken up yoga as a way to "escape" from the tough time I was going through. After a few classes, I could already tell that I wanted to incorporate yoga into my life- frankly, I always left class feeling better than when I went in. One day, I went to my local Barnes & Noble and stumbled upon the "wellness section." I thought I'd explore the limited books about yoga and this cover caught my eye. Honestly, I felt an identification to the woman on the cover. I picked up the book and read the synopsis. Initially, I thought "great, a book about a beautiful woman living a beautiful life." I left without purchasing the book. Once I got home, I immediately regretted the decision- for some reason, I WANTED to know this woman's story and somehow felt I'd relate to her story. I ordered the book on iBooks and haven't once regretted it. As I mentioned, I've been going through a tough time lately and allowed negativity to consume me. I began reading the book and then I found the realizations she has had really resonate with my life. I've learned more about yoga, health and myself through this book. I'm not big on "self help" books, but this didn't even feel like that to me. I'd recommend this book to anyone, but especially young women that are looking to learn a lesson in positive thinking and acceptance at an early age. One of the first lines of the book mentions that most of our disappointments in life stem from not accepting our current situation. "Life doesn't happen to us, it happens for us." Pick up this book and learn to appreciate the little things in life!
It’s a must read
Rachel’s book is a great way to get in touch with your inner “yogi” - her passion, humor and kindness shows through on every page. After reading her book, I was fortunate enough to meet Rachel and take one of her classes. It was a truly special class. Just buy the book - it’s terrific!!
