I searched through tons of books before this one popped up. Exactly what I was looking for. Poses with both English and Sanskrit names, a brief description, and a picture. I loved the author’s use of illustrations, no distraction of clothes, tattoos, hair, or “hot yoga bodies”; The focus is the asana. Yoga is a beautiful, simple, and to the point book.
