Takes the stress out and off

It doesn’t have to be hard, painful or stressful. In fact it shouldn’t and this book helps rewrite what we’ve been taught. Game changer. Just reading this book I feel less weight on my shoulders and I don’t stress about food. Going to read again and implement the tools from this book!
