When your nemesis also happens to be your fiancé, happily ever after becomes a lot more complicated in this wickedly funny, lovers-to-enemies-to-lovers romantic comedy debut.

Naomi Westfield has the perfect fiancé: Nicholas Rose holds doors open for her, remembers her restaurant orders, and comes from the kind of upstanding society family any bride would love to be a part of. They never fight. They’re preparing for their lavish wedding that's three months away. And she is miserably and utterly sick of him.

Naomi wants out, but there's a catch: whoever ends the engagement will have to foot the nonrefundable wedding bill. When Naomi discovers that Nicholas, too, has been feigning contentment, the two of them go head-to-head in a battle of pranks, sabotage, and all-out emotional warfare.

But with the countdown looming to the wedding that may or may not come to pass, Naomi finds her resolve slipping. Because now that they have nothing to lose, they're finally being themselves—and having fun with the last person they expect: each other.

Love it!

This book was hilarious. Super cute, yet realistic. A great perspective on the inner workings of a relationship. I laughed SO much during the first 75% of the book. The banter between the couple was so well written! Loved it Sarah Hogle!

Hilarious but crying the whole time.

This is not a sad book it’s actually hilarious but I literally cried the whole time reading it. It was just so cute and if u want to be really in a mood listen to the Lumineers, sleep on the floor during the wedding scene. 10/10 would recommend

Great book

I’ve never given a book review before. I read this book about a year ago and fell in love with it. After rereading parts of it, I felt like it deserved to have something said about it, so here goes...
I am pretty predictable when it comes to my book choice. I love rom coms and sweet stories that all have similar plot lines and stories. This one took me for a loop in the beginning that I wasn’t sure I wanted to see follow through because the characters relationship was so flawed and at times embarrassing. But as the story progresses you get to see a side of the characters that I feel like you don’t normally see in rom coms. I feel like the author got to go deeper than just surface value, which is what a lot rom coms do.
The sweet conclusion at the end of the story made me so happy and was such a good ending after reading about all they’d gone through. I felt so proud of the characters and satisfied after reading.
I’d definitely recommend!
