I loved this book
I have lost 30 pounds and my husband lost 40 pounds and we have kept it off for over 10 months now. Every one that asks how I lost the weight I tell them, by eating healthy. I know it sounds crazy but it's true. You have to want it for yourself and trust what the book tells you. I was not hungry and fully satisfied with tons of energy. I went from a size 10 to a size 6 and I could not feel better about myself. I wish more people would realize that a diet is something that is part of your every day life and not just something you take on to lose weight. Forget all the other diet myths about carbs and calories and buy this book to learn the right way to maintain a healthy diet.

I have tired many diets and this was finally my breakthrough. I lost 30 pounds in places (my waist) that I have never lost before. I could never button any of my blazers or sweaters and do so now so proudly. This has been a lifestyle change that was easy and my husband has joined this lifestyle too and has been successful. I eat food that I would have never eaten before and it tastes amazing! Even if you slip for a day, its been easy to get right back on track.
