Excellent book! I ate this up 🧟♀️ 🧛🏻♀️ in under 2 days. The plot line keeps you well engaged and continuously flipping pages to find out what happens next. I love horror books and was eager to dive into a story that combined both Zombies and Vampires and made it WORK. Raven is the kind of heroine that you want to root for and her little sister Star captures your heart. In any apocalyptic type novel you find yourself rooting for the good guy but the risks are doubled with the sisters for hoping that they can both stay alive and stay together. The variety of found family rounds out the book nicely and provides comic relief, but someone is not who they say. There is a deceiver among them, and they will cost innocent lives.
