Great educational book to teach kids eating healthy
My son is 4 years old, and he loves this book. Since then we have been making the monster green smoothy quite often and my kids love it. Thank you Dr. Lee your effort and motivation to teach kids eat more fruit and vegetable and less processed food and sugar!
Awesome Book!!!
This is an "Amazing" book! I love the way Dr. Lee explains the importance of our daily choices and the impact they have on our heart. My hope is that every parent gets this book for their kids and it elicits better choices by not only their children but the parents as well. I bought two additional books to keep in my reception room at my clinic! I love educating patients to make better choices and accept responsibility for their health. This is the exact tool I needed to assist me in this process! Can't wait for Your Amazing Brain!
