Incredible resource if you are looking to learn new skills

As someone who went undiagnosed for 26 years I benefited greatly from getting a bigger picture on my emotions, boundaries, and approach to managing my adhd. While I have been medicated for the past two years, I have lacked a lot of skills to cope with and manage my symptoms, this book gave me so much to chew on and I’ll be referencing it often as I try to implement what I learned. I’m also looking forward to coaching and therapy rather than dreading it. Thanks Tamara!

A Must Read For ADHD

This is the first book I’ve read about ADHD. As someone, who isn’t officially diagnosed, but it’s obvious that I have it, this was the perfect first book. It explained so much of what I was experiencing, but didn’t know how to put into words & explained things that I experience that is normal for those with ADHD that I had no idea was. Its been very helpful in allowing me to better understand myself & how to communicate to my fiancé, friends, & co-workers. Also, if you have a loved one with ADHD, this is a great book for that too. I also love how interactive it is with the questions & action steps. It not only explains things, but also takes something negative & turns it into a positive. Very easy to read as well. I recommend taking your time with the book to process all of the information that’s in the book. I wouldn’t do more than a chapter a day.
