Zero Tolerance

Detective Inspector Harold Mayden had a heavy enough workload before a local Civil Service mangager is strangled in his office. An apparently motiveless murder, the worst kind to solve. The case load gets heavier when refuse sacks full of body parts turn up in a sewer and local athletes are dying after using a lethal performance-enhancing drug. Mayden knows who the link is but he has gone missing.
