So... Pretty good. I like the onset of the Zombie Apocalypse, the flavor of it. I like the perspective of the regular, ordinary person dealing with this. Stories with a right-wing, authoritarian, former ranger, green beret, seal team meeting the unraveling of the world with cold steely eyes and plenty of ammo are..just..plain..stupid. What was that? Yeah. Really stupid.
I like the learning curve the main character is on. World building is pretty good. Outside info from the phone increases the sense of isolation and danger. Good, fun story. Thanks.
