Wheelock Hatchery, Inc. (Employer) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision awarding benefits to James C. Sword, Jr. (Claimant) on the basis that he quit his job for cause of a necessitous and compelling nature. *fn1 We affirm.
