Order unanimously modified by providing that plaintiffs motion for summary judgment is granted to the extent of awarding plaintiff A. B. Medical Services PLLC partial summary judgment in the sum of $14,602.46 on 29 claims, plaintiff D.A.V. Chiropractic P.C. partial summary judgment in the sum of $2,232.58 on 14 claims, and plaintiff Lvov Acupuncture P.C. partial summary judgment in the sum of $6,016.12 on 12 claims, and matter remanded to the court below for a calculation of statutory interest and an assessment of attorneys fees thereon, and for all further proceedings on the remaining three claims; as so modified, affirmed without costs.
