Great Tree

Children's picture book.

At the foot of a mountain, in the center of the public square of a small town, stood an extraordinarily tall tree.

Its thick leafy branches reached out towards the warm, spring sky and welcomed the birds who came to rest.

Great Tree knew the hot, summer sun and the dark, starry nights. He knew the rain and the cold winds which came before winter.
