Michael L. Bexley v. State Florida

SCHOONOVER, Acting Chief Judge. Appellant, Michael L. Bexley, appeals from nine concurrent thirty-month sentences imposed upon him for violating probation. Although we find no merit to appellant's contention that the trial court erred in finding him guilty of violating probation, we agree that the trial court erred in sentencing appellant and therefore remand for resentencing.
