Olaf Froden v. Harlan F. Ranzenberger

Action in the district court for Houston county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff, a member of a highway construction crew, when struck by defendants auto. The case was tried before Vernon Gates, Judge, and a jury. After verdict for defendant, plaintiff appealed from an order denying his motion for a new trial.
