Descripción editorial

The Court of Civil Appeals reversed the judgment of the district court in favor of petitioner in his suit under the Workmens Compensation Law and remanded the cause, on its holding that the trial court committed reversible error in asking each juror in open court "Do you think you can reach a verdict?", and in sending the jury back for further deliberation instead of discharging them, after eleven of the jurors had answered the question in the affirmative and one juror had answered it in the negative. 236 S.W.2d 824.
